Hart Building

The Hart Building, is a historic building in the heart of Downtown Dallas containing 52,750 square feet. The original building was constructed in the 1880’s. The complete structure is comprised of 3 buildings that were joined together during the 1940’s to create one structure. 1929 and 1933 Elm are connected, four-story buildings located at the corner of Elm and Harwood. 1930 Pacific is a two-story building situated at the corner of Pacific and Harwood, and is connected to the elm buildings at the rear.
